Becoming a leader involves making a mental shift from being an active observer to an active participant.  When you are actively engaged in what’s going on around you then you’ll be in a better position to anticipate what’s coming next.

As a result of this shift, your problem will shift from trying to find answers to having too many ideas.  It’s not a bad position to be in.  In fact, when this becomes your way of being, you will find that you not only start to see opportunities everywhere but you will never have a shortage of ideas.

At this point, the world becomes one of potential.
