When you are a one-man operation it can be very easy to solve a problem. Add another or person or two, and it can get a little tougher. Making decisions with groups larger than this becomes something else altogether and a process is usually required.

Resist the urge to make it complicated and involve only the stakeholders that can make the greatest impact. The fewer the people involved, the more effective your decision making process will be.

How you decide to structure your decision making process will impact how you make decisions, who you involve, and the impact that it will make on the people you are serving.
