If there is more of one than another, then a system will be out of balance.

Tension between opposites is necessary for creative development and the evolution of an organization. The play of opposites can tear an organization apart as the pieces compete for dominance.

Balancing digital life and with life in the physical world will define our civilization for the future. Both need each other to survive. One world is infinite and the other is finite. Where would you want to be?

Will the physical word exist to support digital life? Or will the digital realm simply exist as a tool to facilitate interactions for humans?

The answer will affect how we develop as people. There is not a right or wrong answer.

Maybe the real question is “where do we want to be”?
