Creating change? Be persistent.

Creating change from within an organization is not easy work. A good idea is often not enough to generate the momentum required to effect change. 

Persistence and endurance tend to be greater indicators of success. 

How does this affect the designer that wants to improve some aspect of an organization? For starters, it would be helpful to have the overall view of the company in mind, not just the users of the new product or service.
