I started off today with the intent to write about the nature of change in complex systems and then I stumbled across this quote:

How can a situation like this be translated into a competitive advantage? It depends on how you react. Resisting change creates friction and stress. Moving with it gives you the ability to co-opt this energy and turn it into something that you can use.
