It’s easy to say that the status quo of college education followed by a 9-to-5 job is steadily giving way to a dynamic era of job hopping and entrepreneurial projects.

This may work for a lot of people. And for others, it may not.

Yes, the working world will evolve, but it will always need leaders to guide the way to what’s next.
