Getting people to see your way of doing things can be a challenge, but the process is much easier when you lead with value.

Show people what you can do rather than putting energy into marketing yourself. If overdone, the marketing comes off as pushy and disingenuous.

You may have a great idea and solid content to back it up, but the key to getting through is in how you do it. Form matters.

Bite-sized chunks of information may be all that a leader needs to assess a situation. A grand plan or playbook is a thing of the past and doesn’t effectively address how to handle emerging scenarios.
